Not to sound like a dork, but going vegan was probably the best decision I’ve made in a long time. I’m mad at myself for not giving myself enough credit to commit sooner. I’m really enjoying eating healthier and feeling better, exercising self-control and not drinking everytime I’m upset feels good too. Running 4 miles at the gym 6 days a week. Finding better alternatives...
